Due to increased demand from our clients to support the upcoming peak season, we're thrilled to expand our UK Retail Division! We're seeking a skilled recruiter to join our Temporary division, partnering with top Luxury & Premium brands alongside iconic world-renowned department stores. This role is a temporary position with the potential to go permanent.

What you'll do:

> Support with the running of regular with assessment centres across the UK to grow our talent network

> Maintain robust candidate pools in Luxury Fashion, Accessories, Beauty, Fragrance, Confectionery + Homewares

> Intelligently place talent into Temporary roles with some of the most established brands in the world

> Managing Countrywide rotas (sometimes complex shifts) for leading brands

> Candidate management: Diligently update candidate profiles and details in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

> Compliance: Ensure all Right to Work (RTW), GDPR, and other compliance requirements are checked and met

Who you are:

> Ideally, you will come from a high-volumetemp desk with experience in the retail market. However, if your background is in administration + you have a passion for luxury retail, you're still a great fit for this role + we still want to speak to you ?

> You are skilled at delivering high-quality and diverse candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

> You are computerliterate + highly organised

> You possess excellent administrative skills + attention to detail

> You are willingto travel around the UK as necessary (expenses covered outside London)

> You have excellent communication + interpersonal skills

> Proven ability to work at a fast pace and under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt to sudden business changes
