CMA Recruitment Group are working exclusively with a family run business based in Winchester, Hampshire, to help them recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity to work amongst a small office team where you have full autonomy of the finance and purchase ledger process.

What will the Purchase Ledger role involve:

  • Processing supplier invoices;
  • Processing subcontractor payments; checking CIS allocation, retention and VAT applied;
  • Bi-weekly payment runs;
  • Expense and credit card management;
  • Bank reconciliations.

Suitable candidate for the Purchase Ledger role:

  • Prior experience working within a finance team, dealing with the supplier invoice process.
  • Comfortable working independently.
