Following recent acquisitions and continued success, the company is looking for candidates with financial services administration experience who are based locally to Bristol. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Financial Advisors to provide proactive assistance
- Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
- Communicate with affluent and high-net-worth clients to ensure a seamless process and positive experience
- Assemble meeting materials for Advisors before client meetings
- Raise invoices where required
- Database management
