Description
The Interim Legal Counsel role will involve the following tasks:
- Provide legal support to the sales team
- Draft, review and negotiate various commercial contracts
- Draft privacy agreements
- Prepare NDA's
- Conducting risk assessments
- Ensure contract management procedures are followed
Profile
The successful candidate for the Interim Legal Counsel will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Have recent, relevant experience of providing legal support in relation to sales contracts
- Have strong contract drafting skills
- Be able to be based out of High Wycombe 2-3 days per week
- Experience of working with different stakeholders
Job Offer
This is an interim position for approximately 3-4 months.
Parking is available on site.
Hybrid working- 2/3 days in the office.
Candidates must be available to start immediately.
