As a User Researcher within Anti-Financial-Crime (AFC) Technology, you will use your expertise in planning, prioritising, conducting, analysing and communicating research in a variety of contexts across a diverse range of AFC projects.

AFC Technology provides tools to AFC function to perform a critical role in keeping Deutsche Bank's business operations as well as the global financial services clean from financial crime.

Your key responsibilities

  • Working closely with designers, and stakeholders, use a variety of techniques and tools to elicit the insight necessary to make informed decisions
  • Depending upon various parameters, suggest the best suited research method
  • Using multiple research techniques and research insights, help team understand and empathise with user needs
  • Develop Common Research Repository and tool sets
  • Recommend the best UX research practice and processes

Your skills and experience

  • Hands on experience of supporting design processes for complex web applications by using both qualitative and quantitative research techniques to address design challenges for new/existing products
  • Ability to deliver relevant and effective insight under varying project constraints
  • Ability to build relationships and bring groups together to collaborate on ideation
  • Confidence to ask the critical questions, challenge the current situation and bring new ideas to the table
  • Self-motivated to manage workload and thrive in any environment
