Loans Administration Clerk - Location London - Salary up to £75,000 + bonus
cer Finanial are recruiting for a leading international bank. They are looking for a Syndicated Loans Admin Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis.
They are looking for a AVP (Syndicated Loans) to act as the primary contact and undertake middle/front facing agency roles & responsibilities in accordance with the finance documents and internal procedures & controls on a portfolio of deals covering a range of sectors.
- You will be responsible for a portfolio of agency transactions - deals where my clients undertake the role as facility agent or security trustee.
- Their transactions are a mix from trade corp, project finance - shipping, aircraft - overall a varied portfolio
- You will be expected to handle 20-30 deals/transactions. Acting as the front facing agency contact.
- All lenders will have direct comms with the incumbent off this role. Borrowers will relay any communication s to lending group or transaction with facility agent rep
- Good communications skills is imperative.
- You will have a solid understanding of various sectors, and you must have held role of facility agent.
- You must have knowledge of project finance (70-80% is structured and project finance related transactions) - more complex deals - LMA standard documentation.
- This role requires a candidate who has a background in either project finance or understanding of LMA documentation.
- Other job titles it could be known as? - facility agent (person that's a contact for a syndicate of lenders - deals where multiple lenders make up funding and loans).
The salary is up to £75,000 + bonus
