The Role:

As a Network Engineer, you will be pivotal in enhancing and managing customer enterprise networking environments. This role provides an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical expertise while moving towards leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Management: Troubleshoot and manage customer network environments, serving as a escalation point for key clients
  • Technical Support: Provide expert support for network issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in networking to drive innovation and best practices.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Extensive Networking Experience: 3-10 years of experience in networking with a strong background in campus LAN environments. WLAN experience is a plus.
  • Certifications: Ideally, hold a CCNA or CCNP certification and be motivated to further develop your skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Cisco technologies (such as FirePOWER, DNAC, ISE, ACI, SD-Access, and Umbrella) is advantageous, though solid enterprise network experience is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
