Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive wholesale growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify emerging market trends and capitalize on opportunities for expansion.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing wholesale clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead negotiations with potential and existing wholesale clients to secure favorable terms.
- Implement process improvements for increased efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Utilize market insights to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in wholesale management, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
