We're on the search for a Groups Support Team Member to join us at our Hemel support centre and share our passion to make one of the UK's most-loved hospitality brands the best it can possibly be. Perhaps this'll be your niche too? We'd love to find out.

What are we looking for?

An individual who is dedicated specifically to successfully driving group sales whilst supporting with vital admin processes.

What will I be doing?

  • Answer inbound and make outbound calls from/to Groups Leaders and Coach operators. Fulfil Sales requests, make bookings, collect payments for new bookings
  • Perform regular administration tasks as shared by the Account Managers
  • Support the Partnerships sales team with key administration tasks
  • Work across and support other team members to fulfil Coach Operators and Group Leaders requests by managing shared email groups
  • Ensure that bookings accuracy is of the highest standard
  • Problem solve issues that may arise and help maintain an excellent working relationship with all partners
  • Develop new processes and ways of working designed to improve efficiency.

What skills do I need?

  • Requires knowledge and experience of a sales reservation systems
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Manage time effectively to deliver on goals set
  • Ability to take ownership and solve problems
  • Excellent at building relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong communication skills
