Senior Finance Manager

A Senior Finance Manager is sought by one of the world's major players; they're home to some of the globe's best-known artists and they also operate several businesses designed to help aspiring artists take their music to a wider audience. They are actively growing their repertoire and seek a bright, driven qualified accountant to fill the newly created role of Senior Finance Manager.

Reporting to a Divisional Finance Director, the Senior Finance Manager will provide accounting and analytical support to the operations of three growing EMEA countries; duties will include:

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting across countries, including monthly reporting & annual budgets.
  • Be responsible for the financial submissions from countries; work with local support when needed.
  • Oversee all financial processes, including AP, AR (run by local in-market teams) working capital etc.
  • Work alongside local management to ensure sound financial operation and viability of business units, inc. management of ongoing budgets, modeling new artist deals, profitability analysis etc.
  • Review artist models created by local finance teams; scope, model and integrate new businesses.
  • Manage & develop two local in-market staff.
  • A range of ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate for the position of Senior Finance Manager will:

  • Be a qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) who has at least some industry experience.
  • Possess strong reporting & analytical skills and have the ability to work through complex problems.
  • Seek a varied and hands-on role which is a mixture of both 'review' and 'do'
  • Look to take advantage of significant opportunities for internal progression.

Salary: £60000 - £65000 + 10% bonus + hybrid working + excellent music company benefits
