* Our client offers a flexible remote working set-up. While this role can be primarily remote in nature, occasional travel to Cardiff and / or Bristol is encouraged for key client meetings and team collaboration.
As an experienced Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our client delivers exceptional service. You will be responsible for managing client expectations, navigating commercial challenges and leading project teams to success. You'll also collaborate with and mentor team members, facilitating problem-solving efforts both internally and externally. You'll manage a portfolio of complex, high-value projects, building strong relationships with key decision-makers. You should be confident discussing Marketing, Technology and Digital Solutions with SME and enterprise-level clients across various sectors. Knowledge of Financial Services, Governance or Compliance is advantageous but not required.

Within this exciting opportunity, we anticipate that as Project Manager you'll be responsible for:
- Leading project teams and client stakeholders through the entire project lifecycle.
- Managing project timelines and budgets for large-scale initiatives.
- Facilitating and leading internal and external meetings.
- Planning, creating, and communicating scopes of work and project specifications in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Managing scope changes and providing effective change management.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation in project management software, including tasks, schedules and time tracking.
- Ensuring delivery against relevant KPIs and objectives.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and working with client strategists to roadmap future plans.
- Identifying opportunities for additional projects that provide value to clients.
- Leading debrief meetings to ensure key learnings are carried forward to future projects.
