The role will have you:
- Gathering and analysing complex data
- Working closely with stakeholders and translating business requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across business processes and systems.
The ideal candidate will bring these skills to the table:
- Significant Business Analyst experience
- Must have experience in Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
- Sound knowledge of visualisation tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, PowerBI, Sisense, Tableau
- Strong understanding of end-to-end testing process
- Open minded and brings creative solutions to the table.
- Highly analytical with the ability to build strong relationships.
