Hales Group is seeking a
Social Media & Communications Executive
to join our market leading client based in Lowestoft.
Key responsibilities of the Social Media & Communications Executive;
- Responsible for managing the company social media channels which include Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube.
- Oversee and enhance the company's content strategy alongside another member of the marketing team, ensuring the creation of visually engaging assets and compelling copy that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Managing all aspects of the company photography and video projects, including briefing photographers, selecting locations, coordinating on-site shoots and organising the image library.
- Identify, build and maintain relationships with influencers, managing partnerships and processing related payments.
- Demonstrate flexibility by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong organisational skills, with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines
- Highly creative and innovative mindset
- Full clean driving license
HOURS: 40 hours per week
LOCATION: Lowestoft
SALARY: Negotiable dependent on experience
TERM: Permanent
