What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Business Support Manager to streamline administrative functions and governance processes.
  • Maintain the smooth operation of the office environment through the implementation and upkeep of efficient processes and procedures.
  • Play a crucial role in the administration and facilitation of key governance forums, ensuring compliance and fostering effective communication among members.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate logistics, and set agendas for board and sub-committee governance meetings.
  • Record minutes, maintain logs of decisions and actions, and manage risk registers during governance meetings.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries, effectively managing documents and facilitating information flow within the organisation.
  • Deliver high-quality operational and administrative support, including diary management and the organisation of company events.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in a senior administrative, executive assistant, or similar role, demonstrating a capacity to handle complex tasks with discretion.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and capable of leveraging IT systems to enhance office efficiency.
  • Adept at organising meetings within complex environments, with proficiency in agenda setting and minute taking.
  • A proactive communicator, capable of engaging with a variety of senior stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Flexible and adaptable, ready to meet the changing needs of a dynamic work environment.
  • Ideally, you have some project management experience and familiarity with the ecosystem in which we operate.
