You'll play a critical role in managing a growing client portfolio while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and delivering exceptional client service.
Account Handler:
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Directors in managing and growing a varied client portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and industry best practices.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide quality advice.
- Handle client queries efficiently, support commercial renewals, and prepare for client meetings.
- Analyse risk management data and manage aged debt.
- Ensure policy documents are accurate and compliant.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Handler.
- Cert CII qualified and proficient in Acturis.
- Strong commercial insight and experience in supporting a growing client portfolio.
- Preferred qualifications: DIP CII or progress toward it, and 5+ years of commercial broking experience.
