Duties:

Reporting to the Senior PA, you will assist her with running the business and personal lives of two high profile ultra successful and philanthropic business owners. Whilst you will report to the PA you will build close relationships with a range of stakeholders including very senior executives and their families, so you will need to be confident, engaging, professional and quickly able to build trust.

  • Administration and collation of agreements, papers and reports
  • Book travel itineraries and logistics for the CEO & CIO and their families including flights, visas accommodation and ground transportation
  • Schedule, arrange and coordinate meetings along with presentations and agendas
  • Prepare documents
  • Regularly maintain accurate filing systems
  • Process expenses in an accurate and timely manner
  • Form a collaborative part of the operations team
  • Answer telephone calls, take accurate messages
  • Manage special projects

You:

Whether you are more junior and building up your career or senior and looking to wind down, this role could work equally well. You will have solid experience in an administration or assistant role and be ready to take the next step along with the below.

  • Exceptional organisational, planning and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work both on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Highly discrete, confidential and trustworthy
  • Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
