For the successful Health & Safety Manager our client is offering:
- £40,000 - £50,000 p/annum DOE
- 0800 - 1700 Monday to Friday
- Permanent Role
- Benefits: 25 plus bank holidays, BI-Annual Bonus, Statutory pension contributions 3 and 5%,
The role - Health & Safety Manager:
- Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with current regulations and legislation
- Visit client site to oversee health and safety on site / during projects
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety incidents, and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence - RIDDOR
- Carry out site audits to monitor and improve our site operations
- Visit customer sites to actively carry out audits and overviews on health and safety during project work
What our client is looking for in an Health & Safety Manager:
- Previous experience as a health and safety manager - ESSENTIAL
- Qualified with NEBOSH - ESSENTIAL
- Any certifications / qualifications for auditing - DESIREABLE
- Exposure working in a construction, engineering or manufacturing industry - ESSENTIAL
