We are seeking a passionate German-speaking SR. HR Advisor/ HR Business Partner!

Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Manage and resolve complex ER issues
  • Manage the recruitment process, including on-boarding and induction for new staff.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Support the development of a positive workplace culture.
  • Comply with all policies, regulations, and laws in relation to HR practices.

Profile

A successful HRBP - German Speaking should have:

  • Fluency in German and English (speaking and written literacy).
  • Initiative and Proactivity, the ability to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on at both transactions and senior levels.
  • Excellent relationship management skills to work effectively in the grey areas.
  • Be capable of taking an idea and running with it, coming back with a plan, and managing change.
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases, labour laws, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Experience working within global corporate environments.
  • Be passionate, engaging, capable of building personal connections, and aligning with the company culture.
