Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Manage and resolve complex ER issues
- Manage the recruitment process, including on-boarding and induction for new staff.
- Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
- Support the development of a positive workplace culture.
- Comply with all policies, regulations, and laws in relation to HR practices.
Profile
A successful HRBP - German Speaking should have:
- Fluency in German and English (speaking and written literacy).
- Initiative and Proactivity, the ability to roll up their sleeves and be hands-on at both transactions and senior levels.
- Excellent relationship management skills to work effectively in the grey areas.
- Be capable of taking an idea and running with it, coming back with a plan, and managing change.
- Knowledge of HR systems, databases, labour laws, and disciplinary procedures.
- Experience working within global corporate environments.
- Be passionate, engaging, capable of building personal connections, and aligning with the company culture.
