Job Description:
In this role, you will oversee hotel contracts within the region, taking full responsibility for managing all commercial relationship aspects to ensure the company remains highly competitive.
- Manage key relationships across all levels with external partners, ensuring strong communication and collaboration
- Secure exclusive rates within the hotel portfolio, driving value and competitiveness
- Meet revenue targets by leveraging market knowledge and effective partner engagement
- Serve as the regional hotel expert, maintaining up-to-date, in-depth market insights
- Identify new accounts and suppliers to expand the company's reach and influence
- Monitor competitiveness and utilisation of contract allocations to maximise performance
- Build and maintain robust relationships, offering regular feedback and fostering long-term partnerships
- Recognise and address new opportunities or potential challenges promptly
- Analyse data to provide actionable recommendations that drive results
- Support training and development efforts, along with other duties as required
- Represent the company at trade shows and events to strengthen brand presence and network
Experience Required:
- Comprehensive understanding of hotel distribution networks, channels, and channel management technology
- Demonstrated recent experience in static and BAR hotel contracts specific to the Irish market
- Excellent negotiation skills, adept at engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including hotel owners and general managers
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Skilled in data analysis
