Description

  • Deliver high-quality, individualised support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement a comprehensive curriculum.
  • Regularly assess and report on pupils' progress and needs.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Engage with parents and carers to support pupils' development at home.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
  • Adhere to organisational policies and regulations, including safeguarding procedures.
  • Contribute positively to the school's ethos and culture.

Profile

A successful SEN Tutor should have:

  • Experience working with children.
  • Specialist knowledge and experience with autism and learning difficulties.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
