- Managing a team of 3 to 4 onsite installers/engineers
- Managing all after sales processes

- Attending monthly internal review meetings with senior management
Product Support Team Lead Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- Engineering or manufacturing experience would be ideal
- Ability to read engineering drawings
