Candidate Requirements:
- Experience and ability to initiate and drive sales opportunities for the business.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in an Engineering environment.
- Preferably local to Macclesfield Stockport.
- HND or equivalent in Eng.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience of managing a team in an engineering environment.
- Experience of good customer relations at all levels.
- Motivational and inspirational leader.
- Excellent team builder.
- A good knowledge and understanding of engineering QHSE standards.
- A proven record of gaining trust and respect within an organisation.
- A good understanding of HR requirements.
