Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients, promoting the company's products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions
Achieve sales targets and goals on a weekly and monthly basis
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
Collaborate with other team members to optimise sales strategies and improve processes

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in telesales, ideally within a B2C environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Resilience and ability to overcome objections and rejection
Proactive and target-driven, with a results-oriented mindset
Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools
