Your new role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will lead and oversee technology initiatives from planning to execution. Your responsibilities will include managing project teams, budgets, timelines, and ensuring successful project delivery. You'll work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
What you'll need to succeed
- Significant experience in IT project management.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide project teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
- Previous line management experience.
- Extensive business change experience.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and scrum practices.
- Awareness of Prince2 or PMP methodologies.
- A commitment to continuous self-development and improvement.
- Programme expertise would be advantageous.
