Principal Solution Architect | AWS | Cloud | Application Architecture | FTSE100 | Product Transformation
We're looking for a Principal Solution Architect for a FTSE100 Client of ours to join them during an exciting period of transformation and wondered if you'd be open to a chat? Our client are changing fundamentally in their ways of working by transitioning at speed into a Product led organisation. We're looking for someone who is "technology agnostic" but will likely have a deep understanding of Cloud and/or Application Architecture.

Location: West London (hybrid) – 2 days per week in office.
Salary: Circa £100,000 + bonus (Circa 20%) + strong benefits package
Experience needed to fulfil this role:
- Exhibits strong leadership skills and excels in building robust stakeholder relationships at all levels.
- Possesses advanced problem-solving abilities, adept at resolving conflicts and identifying optimal solutions to encountered challenges.
- Collaborates effectively as a business partner with senior stakeholders across diverse operations, delivering value-added services to business customers while balancing and mediating between differing opinions.
- Embraces and manages both business and IT changes to help shape future directions.
- Track record in leading complex solution architectures across various domains (business, data, applications, and technology) with experience in multiple business or technology areas.
- Experienced in solution architecture, including application development, enterprise integration, service definition and SLAs, IT infrastructure, and migration planning.
- Skilled in resolving complex solution architecture challenges and managing both business and IT changes to shape future directions.
- Experienced in Cloud (AWS) and/or Application Architecture
Nice to have (Not required)
- TOGAF | AWS Cloud Practitioner or other cloud certifications acceptable | SAFe 5 Architect (ARCH) or other Agile process qualifications
- Experience of operating across multiple countries and cultures is desirable, but not essential.
- Hybrid Architectures with edge compute
- Observability and Management patterns for complex architectures
- Secure computing practices
- Data storage architectures
- VPC infrastructure
