What will you be doing as a Facilities Manager?
- Conduct regular assessments of managing agent performance through site inspections, quarterly reviews, and annual performance audits.
- Prepare and provide Estate Management reports to the Head of Estate Management.
- Facilitate block handovers to managing agents and compile necessary documentation.
- Ensure statutory inspections are completed, updated, and properly recorded.
- Oversee Health and Safety inspections and action plans, ensuring compliance and documentation.
- Manage customer applications for consents, ensuring efficient and timely processing.
- Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Head of Estate Management.
What are we looking for in a Facilities Manager?
Required Skills and Experience
- Preferably 2+ years of experience in Leasehold Property Management
- AIRPM qualification (minimum) preferred
- In-depth knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation, Health & Safety at Work Act, and related laws
- Strong understanding of the RICS Code of Practice and industry standards
