Head of Growth Marketing - Global Coaching and Wellness

Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Growth Marketing, for a wellness coaching brand who specialise in 1-1 and group high-value coaching, with a global client base.

As a Head of Growth Marketing, you should have a proven track record of leadership experience to spearhead the creation, strategy, and implementation of the brand's direct response marketing efforts in a predominantly B2C market. The brand targets individuals who want to be the best and show up as their best self for life, business and their companies and have changed the lives of so many.

Managing a team of both in-house and outsourced professionals, the mission will be to guide the brand towards achieving its monthly target of acquiring 100 new high-value clients to join the coaching business, through a number of marketing methods. The business is also in high-growth so whilst the focus on B2C marketing, the plan is to target B2B in the near-future.

Role:

As a Head of Growth Marketing, you are tasked to drive organisational growth with a focus on lead generation for the sales team. With an immediate Task to Book over 100 qualified appointments per week via email marketing and paid ads, and given the nature of the high-value coaching, we are looking for a professional who has a track record of bringing in over $1million per month in revenue.

  1. Lead Execution: Oversee direct response marketing and branding across all media platforms. Overview:
  2. Product Launch: Develop scalable launch strategies based on market research and data.
  3. Performance Metrics: Review cost per lead, booked call, customer, ROI, ROAS, LTV, and lead quality.
  4. Advertising Strategy: Optimise ad creative, copy, funnels, and email campaigns based on daily metrics review.
  5. Continuous Testing: Regularly test funnels, webinars, VSLs, landing pages, and opt-ins.
  6. Team Mentorship: Bi-weekly 1-on-1 meetings with team members for guidance and mentorship.
  7. Content Production: Create marketing content and develop the brand voice to drive revenue.
  8. Collaborate: Work with media buyers, designers, editors, and web builders to create successful assets. Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders.
  9. Outreach and Events: Manage podcast guest outreach and growth. Maximise speaking opportunities for client conversion.
  10. Promote Conversations: Facilitate discussions on necessary changes and market trends.
  11. Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent branding across all marketing efforts.
  12. Marketing Strategy: Develop strategies for launches and sales events and create timelines and launch calendars.
  13. Lead Tracking: Track and evaluate lead sources, recommending changes as needed.
  14. Program Collaboration: Work with the Program team from idea to execution.
  15. Future Planning: Stay ahead of market and technology changes to prepare the company.
  16. CEO Collaboration: Meet regularly with the CEO to plan future marketing initiatives (some travel required).

Requirements:

We are looking for a Head of Growth Marketing who is outcome-based and data-driven, ideally with a passion for wellness and healthy living.

This position will also require flexibility including working some occasional evenings and weekends. We run some live events per year that may require your in-person assistance.

  • 3+ years experiencing scheduling 150+ appointments per week for a phone sales team via email marketing and paid ads.
  • 3+ years leading a direct response marketing team.
  • 3+ years directly owning the revenue, leading KPIs and key marketing and revenue targets.
  • You eat, breathe and sleep direct response marketing.
  • You have directly owned filling calendars for a phone sales team.
  • You are a high-bandwidth person capable of handling a dozen projects at a time while prioritising and executing on the most important ones.
  • You are really good with people and are energised by being around them.
  • Deep in your heart you want to be on a team of people that challenges each other, works tightly together and feels like family. You want to be a part of something bigger than yourself.

Location: Remote, with a preference for UK and / or London. (This can be a remote position as the team is remote, however the brand are soon to grow out a London based team, so proximity to London would be ideal.)

Salary: £60,000 - £120,000 per annum plus sizeable bonus (negotiable)
