Due to growth, we are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join the new and used car sales division at a leading supplier of prestige vehicles in Rochdale. Excellent benefits on offer, including an uncapped and realistic commission structure, subsidized car schemes and more!
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6pm and alternate weekends Saturday 9am - 5pm and Sunday 11am – 4pm (Thursday off when weekends worked) with uncapped commission and realistic OTE of £45-60,000 per annum!
As Car Sales Executive, and part of the car sales team, you will join a well-established team of 4, taking pride in delivering an exceptional service to customers and creating a lasting relationship. As Car Sales Executive, your key responsibilities will include:
- Maximising opportunities through phone, email and face to face walk ins
- Respond to incoming enquiries quickly, efficiently, and professionally
- Guide customers through the new and used car purchase process confidently, keeping in regular communication
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the vehicle range
- Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed customer expectations
- Maximising profit by achieving monthly KPIs (new and used car sales, add on products, service plans)
- Achieve both individual and team sales targets by maximising upsell opportunities
- Promote the sale of accessories and service packages
We are keen to hear from candidates with the following experience:
- Experience working in an automotive retail environment within a similar role (Car Sales Executive, New / used car sales)
- Be able to demonstrate an ability and record of achieving and exceeding targets
- The ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers
- Customer first attitude
- Full UK driver's license – essential
