Location: Cashalton or Crawley Development Centre

Salary: £13.13 per hour

Job Type: Casual, 3 hours per evening (hourly paid)

An opportunity to coach and develop young players

We are hiring for a pool of engaging coaches to develop and coach young players, preparing them to take their next steps into our world class academy. You will coach football sessions and lead matches for young players recruited by the Albion's scouting network. The post holder will proactively support the management of the players, by reporting on their performance and feeding this into our academy.

You will need to be local to either Carshalton or Crawley, as this is where the centres are based. Please state on application what location you are applying for.

Do you have what it takes to be a Development Centre Coach

We are looking for dynamic coaches, with excellent communication skills and experience of planning and delivering coaching sessions in football.

To be considered for our Development Centre Coach position, you will need to hold the following qualifications:

  • FA Level 2 Coaching in Football Qualification
  • Valid FA Emergency Aid Certificate
  • Valid FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
