Our client is a dynamic and growing commercial finance company offering a wide range of financial products and services.
They are looking for an Account Manager with a background in client-facing sales, preferably with experience in telesales and the finance sector. Previous experience working for a finance broker is highly desirable. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships across multiple channels, including telesales, social media, trade events, and networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through telesales, social media, networking, and trade events.
- Offer finance solutions by presenting a range of products, including asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial requirements and relevant documentation.
- Understand clients' needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Prepare persuasive proposal documents and compile applications.
- Conduct background research on prospects before engaging with them.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
- Stay updated on industry knowledge and continuously enhance skills.
- Identify and mitigate fraud and money laundering risks, reporting any concerns immediately.
- Adhere to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) in all client interactions.
- Support fellow Account Managers and contribute to team growth by sharing expertise and best practices.
- Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a client-facing sales role, preferably telesales.
- Prior experience in the finance sector, particularly with a finance broker, is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
