Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Implement the Curiosity Approach to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment.
- Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess children's development, planning and delivering tailored activities to support their growth.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Requirements:
- Level 2 or 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Passionate about early childhood education and the Curiosity Approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A commitment to providing a home-from-home experience for children.
