We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive to join one of our long standing clients in their Chippenham office and contribute to their continued growth and success.
What you'll be doing
- Building and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understanding client needs and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues promptly.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
What you need to apply
- A degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive approach and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with IT products and services is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
