Job Title: IT Compliance
Location: St Paul's
Remuneration: £22phr - 25phr
Contract Details: Temporary ongoing, Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor profiles to ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Develop and update IT documentation, including working instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in disaster recovery and IT business continuity planning, including documentation, testing, and recording.
- Collaborate with the Head Office Audit team to meet audit requirements as necessary.
- Manage the lifecycle of the application catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Implement and maintain data protection and data security measures.
- Manage the contracts database, ensuring timely updates and accurate information.
- Assist with the management of outsourcing activities, including vendor relationships and contract compliance.
Skills:
- Strong experience in profile maintenance and monitoring.
- Proficiency in developing and updating IT documentation, including working instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and IT business continuity planning, including documentation, testing, and recording.
- Familiarity with Head Office Audit requirements.
- Experience in application catalogue lifecycle management.
- Understanding of data protection and data security practises.
- Ability to manage contracts databases effectively.
- Knowledge of outsourcing management best practises.
