Job Title: IT Compliance

Location: St Paul's

Remuneration: £22phr - 25phr

Contract Details: Temporary ongoing, Full Time

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and monitor profiles to ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Develop and update IT documentation, including working instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in disaster recovery and IT business continuity planning, including documentation, testing, and recording.
  • Collaborate with the Head Office Audit team to meet audit requirements as necessary.
  • Manage the lifecycle of the application catalogue, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Implement and maintain data protection and data security measures.
  • Manage the contracts database, ensuring timely updates and accurate information.
  • Assist with the management of outsourcing activities, including vendor relationships and contract compliance.

Skills:

  • Strong experience in profile maintenance and monitoring.
  • Proficiency in developing and updating IT documentation, including working instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery and IT business continuity planning, including documentation, testing, and recording.
  • Familiarity with Head Office Audit requirements.
  • Experience in application catalogue lifecycle management.
  • Understanding of data protection and data security practises.
  • Ability to manage contracts databases effectively.
  • Knowledge of outsourcing management best practises.
