Description

  • Drive sales within the assigned territory by maintaining and expanding the customer base.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimise the sales effort.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competition, and customer preferences to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customer's needs.
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries promptly and efficiently.

Profile

A successful Territory Manager should have:

  • Proven field sales experiance.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
