The construction company is seeking a highly organised and efficient administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company, ensuring that administrative tasks are handled smoothly and efficiently.
Your new role

  • Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation and contracts.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Support the finance department with invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, additional qualifications will be a plus.
