We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Law Solicitor to join our clients team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for family law and a strong desire to advocate for clients navigating difficult personal circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients on various family law matters, including divorce, child custody and support, domestic violence, adoption, and prenuptial agreements.
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to assess their legal needs and develop tailored strategies to achieve their goals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including petitions, agreements, and court filings.
- Represent clients in family court proceedings, mediation sessions, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
- Advocate for the best interests of children involved in family law cases and ensure their voices are heard.
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and legal professionals to provide holistic support to clients and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Stay updated on changes in family law statutes, regulations, and case law to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience practicing family law, preferably in a law firm setting.
- Strong knowledge of family law statutes, procedures, and court rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and build trust.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex legal matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients in court and alternative dispute resolution settings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or specialized training in family law.
- Experience representing clients in high-conflict custody disputes or complex property division cases.
- Fluency in languages other than English to better serve diverse client populations.
- Demonstrated commitment to pro bono or community service work in the field of family law.
