Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
- Deliver proactive and exceptional customer service for all UK sales accounts by effectively handling a range of enquiries from our customers.
- Process orders quickly and accurately, both inbound and outbound.
- Engage with customers through communications including LIVE CHAT, with added administration functions to support company sales activities.
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and perform sales support duties, including providing product information and resolving queries related to orders.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Be highly organised in time and task management, with a proven record of pace and delivery, and the ability to remain composed and positive under pressure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, with a track record of taking 80+ calls a day and order entry experience.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Intermediate IT skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to manage time and tasks effectively and work under pressure.
- A positive attitude and the ability to maintain neutrality in challenging situations.
