I am recruiting for a leading UK business who are going through a busy growth period. We are recruiting a number of Customer Service Advisors to join the team!
What will you be doing?
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Providing an excellent service at all times
- Working from various systems
- Resolving complex issues
- Processing refunds and updating the system
- Completing a range of administration
What do you need to apply?
- Experience in a phone based role
- Confident working from systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to resolve complex queries
