Food Safety Control Operative
Roles and responsibilities
- Follow out duties that you have been trained on
- Working to Health and Safety
- Report any defected food or accidents
- Ensuring good hygiene and housekeeping
- Report Critical Control Point failures to QA and Line manager Immediately
- Report out of Spec ingredients / products to QA and Line manager Immediately
- Complete Critical Control Point Paperwork
- Liaise with other members of the Prep and High Risk team effectively, share issues (Delays, Ingredient shortages, Equipment issue to line manager
- Help others to hit goals
- Must be fluent in English Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Process information, Prioritise Tasks
- Must have prior experience in the Food Industry
Pay Rate
£12.04 Per Hour to start
Shift Times
2:30pm to 10:30pm Fixed Shifts
