Salary: £28,042 +7.5% Shift Allowance + 2024/25 pay award pending

It's an exciting time to join our team. We are seeking Concierge Officers to join our inhouse Concierge (Supported Housing) Team. Working at two sites in Coventry (The Gateway and Frank Walsh House), you will provide an out of hours service giving priority to keeping our residents and buildings safe. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing a great customer focussed service in a fast paced housing environment. We are able to develop and train people with the right potential.
In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Concierge Officer will involve:
- Proactive monitoring of CCTV and Access Control Systems to restrict access to authorised persons only.
- Conducting checks of sites to ensure they are safe and secure.
- Working with colleagues to manage a range of issues including evidencing and reporting of anti-social behaviour, hazards, building/fire safety matters and assisting with emergencies.
- Being visible and accessible point of contact for enquiries.
- As a member of the Concierge Team you will often be the first point of contact where you will be able to assist, direct and find a solution to queries.
As a Concierge Officer we need you to have:
- A professional and positive approach to customer service
- Good communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to work on your own and within a team and be proactive in finding solutions to challenging issues
