Job Title: Senior HR & Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: Up to £36,000 pa
Hours: 40 hours a week

Main areas of responsibility:
- Day to day running of HR area including corporate inductions
- Play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent acquisition to onboarding
- Ensuring candidates have a positive experience
- Administrative support in both areas
- Preparing and proofing necessary paperwork for employees, contract changes, new starter / leaver documents for example
- Updating and maintaining employee records and personnel files
- Keep up to date with legislation changes and updates
- Continuously strive to enhance HR team processes for greater operational efficiency, evaluating and refining current HR practices while incorporating new perspectives and trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
- CIPD Level 3 or above
- Strategic thinker with widespread experience in HR Management and Recruitment
- Keen eye for detail and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and higher Management
- Excellent computer skills primarily in Excel and Word
- Great organizational abilities
