A highly reputable boutique Law Firm based in Bedfordshire is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to assist with a varied caseload.

Our client's esteemed Commercial Litigation team is highly regarded, known for handling a wide array of HNW Commercial Litigation matters. They often take on work National referred for when conflicts arise, boasting an extensive list of UHN clients. As the team progresses to the next level, they seek a dynamic Lawyer to contribute to its growth.

What will be expected from you?

  • Dealing with Legal enquiries relating to Commercial Litigation matters
  • Providing guidance where required to junior members of staff
  • Provide a courteous and efficient service putting clients at the centre of everything
  • Maintain control of an allocated caseload to ensure that standards of matter conduct, file management, administration, time-recording and accounting are maintained
  • Recognise the importance of cross selling and identify opportunities to refer work
  • To attend networking and firm events
  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
