HR Advisor
Job description
We are looking for an ambitious HR Advisor or an experienced HR assistant looking for the next step within a leading and fast-growing cyber security software company. This role will require an experienced candidate who can assist in generalist HR responsibilities and the recruitment process for the company. This is a full-time permanent position. The role is hybrid with 2 days based in the London office.
The key role responsibilities include:
- This is a true generalist position. You will support the full employee life cycle, including onboarding and offboarding
- Full recruitment process for most roles - being proactive, passionate, creative and innovative in order to attract the best and brightest talent on the market
- Updating company policies and procedures in line with UK employment law
- Take an active role in supporting learning & development and training needs for the employees at all levels
- Preparation of monthly payroll schedule, liaising with the payroll provider and checking for accuracy
- General office administrative support
- Assist Head of HR with ad hoc projects
Skills and experience required:
- 3 to 5 years' experience in HR within an SME is essential
- Previous experience in a tech industry is advantageous
- Impeccable professionalism and stakeholder management skills
- CIPD Qualified to level 5 or undergraduate equivalent
- Able to prioritise and perfect attention to detail
- Tech savvy, with experience in using various HRIS and advanced excel skills
- A team player who is ambitious, proactive and resilient
