A leading and award winning supply chain company based in Leeds, West Yorkshire are looking to appoint a Senior Employee Relations Advisor in their team. This role is a full-time permanent role based onsite at their Leeds office and there is some travel required to their other sites as and when needed.
The role:
- Advise on best practice using employment law knowledge
- Make sure HR policies and procedures are in line with current and new legislation changes
- Be the expert in dispute resolution
- Managing a high volume and complex employee relations caseload regarding conduct and capability investigations, disciplinaries and grievances, AWOL cases, appeals etc.
- Be visible and present for all managers to support, guide and coach and provide timely advice on all matters ensuring competent and swift conclusions
- Track and analyse key data and metrics and provide comprehensive reports
- Lead employee relations and change initiatives working alongside the HR Manager to ensure clear and concise communication and training are provided
- Provide guidance and support on TUPE and redundancy procedures
Full-time permanent role 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday.
