What's involved?
As a Guest Relations Manager you will be the face of the hotel, providing a warm and welcoming environment for the guests. You will be responsible for handling requests, managing pre-arrivals and addressing any complaints or issues efficiently. Your exceptional leadership skills will ensure that the team provides the highest level of customer service at all times and in addition to your daily duties, you will the opportunity to cover DM shifts when required, whilst share guest feedback with all HOD's, so attention to detail and the ability to document important information will be crucial to their success.
As a successful Guest Relations Manager, you will have proven experience of working within a 5star hotel at ideally supervisory level and above. An excellent command of English is essential and someone who is confident with guests as well providing strong leadership to a small team.
