Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on property transactions, ensuring a high level of client care.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes.
- Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and manage financial aspects of transactions.
- Stay updated with changes in property law and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with substantial experience in residential conveyancing.
- Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using conveyancing case management systems.
