Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a warehouse operative who holds forklift licences for our client based in Ascot.

The Role & Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing tasks with the use of WMS (Warehouse Management System)
  • Prepare and complete orders for pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products through WMS
  • Stock Replenishments
  • Attention to detail when completing task
  • Good in/Goods out
  • Booking in deliveries
  • To play a part in ensuring a clean and safe working environment
  • Keep the management informed of any problems/discrepancies
  • Comply with Health and Safety Standards
  • Loading and unloading of goods from vehicle
  • Stacking of goods in correct racking/storage bays
  • Stacking empty pallets
  • Picking/packing onto pallets
  • Picking/packing cartons for courier collections

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Fork Lift Licence - Bendi/Pivot Steer preferable but at least Reach and Counterbalance
  • Experience in working in a warehouse environment
  • Experience of a Warehouse Management System
  • Good computer skills

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5pm
  • 45 minute unpaid lunch
  • 2 x 15 minute tea breaks, am and pm
