Job specification:

  • Meet and greet customers using exceptional customer service.
  • Book appointments.
  • First point of contact for complaints, queries and feedback.
  • Complete general administrative tasks.

Person specification:

  • Experience in similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Comfortable working as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
