A balustrade manufacturer catering to the domestic and commercial industries across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager.
This position is well suited for a technical or mechanical qualified person with experience managing teams selling products to the construction and related industries.
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop the team to become more efficient in qualifying and managing leads.
- Recruiting and training of internal consultants and monitoring against targets.
- Analyse the existing processes and procedures and provide guidance to the internal team to increase business.
- Create and deliver effective presentations, proposals and CPD's.
- Identifying marketing trends, opportunities, and report these to the marketing department to develop new strategies.
- Improve relationships with current partners and identify new partners and channels.
- Identifying new business opportunities within the scope of the product offering.
We're looking for a Sales Manager with:
- Experience in technical sales management selling into the construction, building merchant or similar industries.
- Exceptional talent in developing teams in dealing with leads effectively.
- Strong sales and customer service skills are required.
- Proven track record for increasing sales, identifying and creating new channels and managing internal teams.
- Confident phone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads efficiently.
- Proficiency in sales and CRM software including all Microsoft programmes.
