Are you from a R&D / product development background, looking to join a market leader, where you will play a pivotal role in the company's ongoing growth by overseeing the launch of new products, and having a direct impact on the company's growth and expansion plans?
On offer is a fully autonomous role within a niche industry, where you will have full control over the design and development of specialist products and can progress into senior boardroom level positions.
The company are a pioneering name, at the forefront of their industry, and with ambitious plans, they are looking for someone to come in and head up the R&D department and oversee its growth for the future.
In this highly varied role, you will carry out end to end market and engineering research, lead product planning, and then manage the launch of new products. You will manage costs, schedules, and suppliers, staying up to date with industry trends and developments.
This role would suit someone from a R&D / product development background, looking for full autonomy, leading the launch of specialist projects whilst having a structured career progression to ensure your own personal development.
